Shipping & Returns
UK Deliveries
We aim to despatch all orders within 4 working days (Mon-Fri) by 'Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery' service, the postman will need a signature upon receipt, if you are not at home when he calls he should leave a card with instructions on how to arrange a redelivery or collection, the local sorting office will only hold the parcel for 7 days before returning it to our offices so it is important that you act, should it be returned to us as not collected we will resend it upon receipt of postage payment.

International Deliveries
We will despatch to any address in the world. Again we aim to despatch within 4 working days by 'Royal Mail International Signed For' service which will need a signature upon delivery.

Returns

We will accept an unused item for return for any reason whatsoever, even if you have just changed your mind, you will normally be refunded within 5 days less the postage element, if you have a faulty item we will send you the relevant spare part rather than returning the full product.

Should you wish to return an item please first obtain a return authorisation number by contacting us at returns@smartsmoker.co.uk quoting your order number and name/address.
